The Mass Schedule for Bayside Parish is as follows –
- No 10am Mass on Thursday mornings
- Saturday/Sunday Schedule: 7pm, 8am and 11am. (No 10am Mass on Sunday and 11.30am has changed to 11am.

Reflection on Sunday’s Readings
Listen!
All of the readings this Sunday are filled with images drawn from nature.
The word is like rain refreshing the earth, bringing goodness and growth wherever it falls. (First Reading)
The Psalm is a prayerful song of thanks after a time of drought reminding us of the bountiful love that pours out from the Lord, filling us with joy and good things.
Paul (Second Reading) writes of a deep longing within us – and the whole of creation – for the fulfilment of God’s promise – the freedom we long for.
The Gospel tells the parable of the sower casting seeds on the land to teach us to cherish the Word of God, and reminds us of the many things that can distract and prevent us from fulfilling all that we are called to be. When we learn to truly listen, the Word of God is an abundant source of growth and provides rich fruit for the benefit of all.
This week we can look around us and notice all the ways in which creation speaks to us of the love of God. Let us pray for the courage and grace to sow, nurture, grow and harvest the Word of God wherever we may be. We pray anew for those who are burdened by war and violence, especially in Ukraine, Sudan, and other troubled areas of the world. With the help of our prayers, may they know the love and peace of Christ.

Message from Crosscare
Crosscare helps families and individuals with food supplies, and with – caseworkers, – rising cost of living, debt, illness, increasing rents or lack of access to social welfare etc. Food collection and casework centres across Dublin–plans to establish more. Close to 500

Little Drop of Wisdom
If you’d suddenly like to feel a lot better, stop what you’re doing immediately – just for a second – and pay attention to your breathing. Slow it down and let it come from deeper in the belly. Imagine that every outbreath is expelling, through the pores of your skin, not only physical toxins but mental ones, too – all those self-diminishing thoughts that tend to crowd your mind when you’re tired or stressed. Imagine every inhalation is drawing in, through the pores of your skin, the very essence of pure, deep, wholesome, joyful relaxation and ease, enough to fill your entire body and mind. Repeat this, then carry on as you were and observe the difference in quality of
feeling in relation to the world around you.
I Thought of You Today
I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.
All I have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake from which I’ll never part.
God has you in His arms, I have you in my heart.
Stay Connected to God
When GOD wanted to create the fish, HE spoke to the sea, when GOD wanted to create the trees, HE spoke to the earth but when GOD wanted to create Man, HE spoke to Himself.
Then GOD said, “Let US make Man in Our image, according to Our likeness.
If you Take a fish out of the water, it will die and when you take a tree off the ground, it will also die. Similarly, when Man is disconnected from GOD, he dies.
GOD is our natural environment. We were created to live in HIS presence. We must be connected to HIM because only in HIM there is Life.
STAY CONNECTED TO God.
Remember… GOD without Man is still GOD but Man without GOD is Nothing.
